W e usually dispatch all our vouchers within 2 working days on receipt of payment, however in busy periods this may take a little longer.  We post our vouchers first class with Royal Mail. 

You will need to allow 5 working days to receive your vouchers after placement of an order, if you have not received your vouchers within this time please call us on:  028 90 666277

If the vouchers have been lost in the post we will delete the voucher number from our system and send you out new ones.
