Our Services

To enable us to give the best service please be aware of the following points...

1. Facilities.

We provide separate male & female changing rooms with shower & locker facilities & a spacious lounge to relax in before & after treatments. Please bring appropriate swimwear if you are using the sauna or japanese slipper bath, alternatively we can provide disposable underwear. A robe, slippers & towels will be provided. A hairdryer is available in locker rooms. Complimentary refreshments are available at all times. For guests wishing to experience their treatments together they may be enjoyed side by side in our private couples room. Ideal for mother/daughter, partners or friends. For guests who are with us to experience one of our spa rituals we have a dedicated chill-out room for you to relax in between & after treatments.

We regret that alcohol is not able to be consumed on the premises.

Please note the Spa closing times as our Chill Out Room must be vacated 15 minutes prior to the Spa closing.

This means the Chill Out Room is not available for appointments that end close to closing time.

2. Appointments.

Being on time for your treatment is greatly appreciated, likewise we will try to run on time to the best of our ability. In the event that you are late for an appointment we will be happy to provide the remaining portion of the allocated treatment time. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will allow you time to fill in a confidential consultation form (first visit only) & to change into your robe & slippers & relax in the lounge where your therapist will collect you. To avoid delaying our next guests late arrival for any appointment may result in a shortening of the appointment time or may mean we are unable to provide the service booked & may have to offer you an alternative treatment for the remaining portion of your allocated treatment time.

3. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy.

We will require a credit card number to secure all appointments. Spa Rituals and Group Bookings will be required to pay 50% of treatment cost at time of booking to secure all appointments. We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a single appointment, and 7 days notice to cancel Spa rituals and group Bookings. Failure to do so (or send someone in your place) will incur 100% of the treatment cost being charged to your credit card.

Appointments made at short notice within a 24 hour period are deemed as confirmed and will incur 100% cancellation Fee. This policy allows others to enjoy our services as well as recognising the value of the time of our talented Spa Therapists.

4. Gift Vouchers. Valid for 12 Months.

Please ensure you redeem the voucher in good time to avoid disappointment as the treatment rooms are very busy especially at peak times ie. evenings, Saturdays & holiday periods. Please note we cannot track Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers must be presented at the front desk as a method of payment or you will be required to pay with Credit Card or Cash. To avoid disappointment please keep your Gift Vouchers safe as they become “Invalid if lost or stolen”. Please quote your voucher number when making your appointment. Telephone or e-mail to leave details of your requirements & we can post the voucher out to you or the recipient.

5. Courses.

All courses must be prepaid in full & are non-refundable, valid for 6 months.

6. Valuables.

All valuables should be stored in your locker when appropriate. Please take care of your valuables as Aura Day Spa cannot be responsible for their loss.

7. Mobile Phones.

As a courtesy to other customers mobile phones must be switched off.

8. Children.

Due to the need for a quiet/relaxing environment we can't allow children into our treatment areas.

9. Body Massage.

In a unisex situation we would ask that underwear remains on for hygiene purposes or you may use the disposable underwear provided.

10. Tipping.

Tipping is at your discretion but it seems to be normal practice. If you are happy with your treatment why not show it.

11. VAT.

All prices include VAT.

Management reserves the right to change, alter or amend any aspect of the contents of this brochure without prior notice. We offer a no refund policy.
