We have put together a list of our most frequently asked questions hoping this covers most of our client queries but if you have any questions regarding any of our treatments, facilities or policies please do not hesitate to contact us.

FAQs

On street parking is time restricted so be careful to read signs and know how long your treatment will last, you don't want to be rushing out.  The side streets aren't restricted so we suggest this is your best option.

We ask everyone to be here a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.  New clients will have forms to be completed in this time and we don't want this running into your treatment time.

If you are late for your treatment we will try our very best to accommodate your original treatment, however if this is not possible your treatment will be tailored to fit the remaining time allocated.  You will be charged for your original booking. 

We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a single appointment, and 7 days notice to cancel Spa rituals and group Bookings. Failure to do so (or send someone in your place) will incur 100% of the treatment cost being charged to your credit card or your voucher being used for payment.   

We will honour expired vouchers for a further 3 months and can be used Monday-Wednesday between 10-4:00PM 

Late nights are now Monday and Wednesday to Friday open to 8.30

 

The most we take at any one time is 6, this is simply to allow everyone using the Spa to have a calm and relaxed experience.

We have one couples rooms that needs to be requested at the time of booking, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will be available when you attend your appointments.  We recommend using the couples room when you are both having the same treatment, this is to allow total relaxation and no disruption to the other. 

Clients have to be 18 or over.  In certain circumstances we will allow persons under this to attend with an accompanying adult who will complete medical forms required.  Please inform reception if this is the case. 

No alcohol can be consumed on the premises.  We supply a selection of refreshments for after your treatment.

Please request this at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee they will be available otherwise.
